STORE POLICIES

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

For any returns/exchanges, please start by contacting us at claire@jeanandhadley.com. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted.

Returns will be accepted within 3 calendar days of the date you receive your order (per carrier’s delivery information) on full-priced items only.  Your return must be postmarked by the 3rd calendar day after your receipt.  Returns will not be accepted on any sale items or items purchased with a discount code.  Knit wear, white color items, underwear, tights, socks, hat, and hair accessories are not eligible for return. 

 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received.  Original packaging and all tags are also required.  Each piece will be inspected and we will determine if a return is approved.  Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return.

Shipping costs and fees (incl. PayPal and credit card fees) are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded, unless the item is defective or damaged.  Return shipping costs and any damage sustained during the return shipping process are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International orders are not eligible for return or exchanges.

After we receive and inspect your item, we will contact you by e-mail to notify you that we have received the item(s).  If the return is approved, we will process your refund and you will receive a credit to your original method of payment.  Processing time is dependent on your method of payment.  

SHIPPING:

Jean + Hadley is a US based company.  All domestic shipments will be shipped via USPS and is based on flat rate ($8).  Any orders totaling $200 before shipping and taxes will ship free of charge.  All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, except during holiday seasons or when specifically stated on the website.  A tracking number will be provided when the shipment is processed.  

If pre-order items are in your order, your shipment may be delayed.  If you'd like us to ship in-stock items first, please notify us via e-mail.  Additional shipping charges will apply. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We ship international orders  via USPS and will cost around $20-$60.  Delivery times may vary and are subject to custom clearance and the local courier service.  Expect at least 2-3 weeks for delivery.

All applicable fees not limited to customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. 
 
We are not responsible for missing or lost packages for overseas shipments.  Please contact us immediately after your purchase to insure your order.  
 
If your order contains pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock.  Please contact us if you’d like us to ship available items first.  Additional shipping charges will apply.  

PRE-ORDER:

We will notify you of any changes to the expected delivery dates for any Pre-Order items.
